Building the architecture of modern authority.
Sejal Joshi is a brand strategist, entrepreneur, and advisor whose work sits at the intersection of branding, media, reputation, and digital authority. Her career has evolved from building businesses and shaping brands to studying the deeper forces that influence how people are perceived, trusted, and remembered.
Today, her work is focused on accomplished founders, executives, and experts whose public presence has yet to fully reflect the depth of what they have built, helping bring greater clarity, credibility, and intention to the reputation surrounding their name.
An entrepreneurial instinct formed early.
THE BEGINNING
Sejal began building businesses while still in her teens, long before personal branding became the focus of her work. Her earliest exposure to public image came through fashion. In a 2020 interview, she described being crowned at a pageant in her hometown and subsequently being invited into fashion events, an experience that gave her an early view of how identity, presentation, and perception shape opportunity.
That exposure led to one of her first ventures, Sunshy Jewels, an e-commerce brand created around handcrafted Indian jewellery and the artisans behind it. The business was conceived not simply as a retail proposition, but as a way of taking traditionally made pieces to a wider international market while creating greater economic value for the people producing them.
Where two disciplines became one vision.
THE EVOLUTION
A defining chapter in Sejal’s career began when she met Vishal Jain, who would later become her husband and business partner. Vishal had already been building a marketing business, while Sejal brought a different instinct to the table: a deeper interest in branding, positioning, perception, and the way people connect with the identity behind a business.
Their partnership gradually expanded the company beyond its original marketing foundation. Together, they broadened the operation, introduced a wider portfolio of services, and moved from executing individual campaigns toward building more complete brand ecosystems.
What emerged was a more comprehensive approach to growth. Marketing could generate attention, but Sejal became increasingly focused on everything that determined what happened after that attention arrived: how a brand was positioned, how credible it appeared, what people found when they searched for it, which stories surrounded it, and whether its public presence reflected the quality of the business behind it.
That evolution eventually brought together branding, digital strategy, public relations, media, reputation, search, content, and authority building under a more unified philosophy. Rather than treating each discipline as a separate service, Sejal began viewing them as interconnected parts of the same objective: building a brand that is not only visible, but understood, trusted, and positioned to endure.
Authority, considered as a system.
THE WORK TODAY
Years spent building businesses, shaping brands, working across media, and collaborating with founders and public-facing leaders have informed a more complete approach to personal branding.
Sejal’s work now brings together positioning, narrative, editorial media, search presence, thought leadership, intellectual property, and digital reputation into one integrated system. The focus is not on isolated campaigns, but on building the foundation required for a personal brand to remain credible, relevant, and recognisable as the landscape continues to evolve.
That experience has shaped a bespoke model of brand building designed for modern reputation, where every touchpoint matters, from what someone is known for to what appears when their name is searched, referenced, or discovered through AI.
Today, Sejal works primarily with founders, executives, and experts whose accomplishments have outgrown the way they are currently represented, helping them build a personal brand with the clarity, substance, and authority to stand up to closer attention.
